PL LINEAR POSITION TRANSDUCERS
The linear position transducer PL series are extremely robust potentiometers for industrial applications. Precision, linearity, compactness and robustness characteristics make them particularly suitable for use in machines for thermoplastics, wood, marble, metal and all applications with absolute position or displacement measurements. Very simple installation and easy interchangeability with other manufacturers' models.
MAIN FEATURES:
- - Potentiometric resistive element characterized by a slider and two extremes.
- - Measuring range up to 1,200 mm (other on request).
- - High linearity independent (better than ± 0.1%).
- - High resolution (up to 0.01 mm).
- - Excellent repeatability (better than ± 0.01%).
- - Extremely long life (typically > 100 million cycles).
- - Low cost.
- - Operating speed up to 10 m/s.
- - Acceleration up to 200 m/s2 (20 g).
- - Electrical connections through 4-pin DIN 43650 connector (solenoid valves 4-pin DIN 43650).

- - Stainless steel rod (M6), free to rotate.
- - Available spherical articulated joint (T6) for mechanical docking facility.
