Information pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
Dear Concerned,
pursuant to art. 13 D. Decree Law 196/2003 (the Act) and in relation to personal data of which the company will own, we inform you of the following:

  1. Purpose of the data.
    The treatment is aimed only at satisfying the information requests received through this site.

  2. Methods of data processing.

    • The treatment is effected by means of transactions or series of transactions listed in Art. 4, paragraph 1 letter a) T.U.: collection, recording, organizing, storing, retrieving, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
    • The operations may be conducted with or without the use of electronic or automated means.
    • The treatment is done by the owner and/or the processor
  3. Providing data.
    The provision of common personal data and sensitive records is necessary for the conduct of activities referred to in paragraph 1.

  4. Refusal to provide data.
    Refusal by the individual to give personal information in the case referred to in paragraph 3 makes it impossible to accomplish the activities referred to in paragraph 1.

  5. Reporting.
    Personal information may be disclosed to those responsible for treatment and may be disclosed for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 to external partners (companies specialized in the area of customer service, sorting and mailing address) and all those persons to whom the communication is necessary for the proper implementation of the purposes described in section 1.

  6. Dissemination of data.
    Personal data are not subject to disclosure (art. 4 let. M TU).

  7. Data transfer abroad.
    Personal data may be transferred to real European Union countries and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes set out in Part 1.

  8. Rights (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Right to access personal data and other rights)

    1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

    2. You have the right to obtain information:
      a) the origin of personal data;
      b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
      c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic means;
      d) the identity of the owner, and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
      e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

    3. You have the right to obtain:
      a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
      b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
      c) the certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right.

    4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part,
      a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, if pertinent to the purpose of collection
      b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
